On August 19, 2022, China Maritime Museum launched A Blue Legend: Serial Exhibitions of China’s Contemporary Maritime Equipments (I), showcasing China’s contemporary advanced maritime equipments and disseminating the knowledge of maritime equipments. The exhibition will last till November 20, 2022.
The exhibition was jointly launched by China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited (CSSC), Shanghai Municipal Transportation Commission and China Classification Society (CCS), co-organized by China Maritime Museum, CSSC Institute of Integrated Technology and Economy and Shanghai Branch of CCS. The exhibition is divided into three parts, namely, Official Vessels, Transport Vessels and Ocean Engineering Equipments. With 24 selected typical vessel models and interaction displays, the immersive exhibition presents Chinese maritime equipments to visitors.
In order to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Liberation Army of China, China Maritime Museum launched Deep-Sea Hunter: A Special Exhibition of Submarine Forces of Chinese Navy on August 9, 2022. The special exhibition displays the remarkable achievements of submarine forces of Chinese Navy, historically and technologically.
