The 2021 Science Night was held in China Maritime Museum from July 9 to 11. Visitors’ understanding of the cutting-edge technology can be promoted by astronomical, navigational and polar exploration objects and models combined with live interaction videos and VR programs. The activity simulated scenes of deep ocean, glaciers, China Deep Ocean Exploration and Polar Scientific Expedition, and provided lectures fromfrontline researchers. It further promotes the spirit of scientists and patriotism, and fosters the public’s cognition and love for China’s navigation, astronomy and polar regions.
